Refund Policy

We take great care in crafting each of our handmade leather products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That said, if something goes wrong or you’re not happy with your order, please read below to understand our refund and return process.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products being custom-made and handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing once production has begun.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us at info@samanyanga.co.za within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@samanyanga.co.za with your request and supporting photos.

 Refunds (if applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or card provider
  3. Still no refund? Email us at info@samanyanga.co.za
