1. Processing Time
All our products are made to order. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for production before shipping.
During peak seasons or for bulk orders, processing may take longer. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
We currently ship across South Africa, and we are working towards selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery time within South Africa is 3–7 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can use this information to follow your delivery via the courier’s website.
4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
